Most agents don’t leave a brokerage because of one bad day.

That’s exactly why INNOVATE was built.
Darren Woodard and Jeff Casterline started the company after experiencing many of those same frustrations themselves while building a successful team inside a large franchise system. They believed agents deserved more than a place to hang their license — they believed a brokerage should actively help agents grow. So they built a different kind of company: one that combines strong leadership, hands-on support, practical technology, collaborative culture, and scalable opportunity into a single model designed for where real estate is heading.
As the industry evolved, INNOVATE recognized early that agents no longer wanted to choose between traditional support and modern scalability. They needed both. That became the foundation of INNOVATE’s Hybrid Growth Model.
